Overview
Cadence is a motion studio whose old site buried the work behind heavy intros. They wanted a site that felt as crafted as their reels and loaded instantly.
The challenge
Foreground the motion work, keep the interface quiet, and hit excellent performance on every device.
The approach
An editorial layout with a strict type scale and a single accent colour. Interactions are subtle and purposeful — reveal-on-scroll and a lightbox for the reels, nothing gratuitous. Built as a component system for easy updates.
